New to Metro Music Therapy?  Don't worry - the scheduling process is simple! 

1. Please download, review and complete the Client Information Form and the Attendance & Payment Form and email them to our office: admin@metromusictherapyga.com.

2. Once we receive your information, one of our board-certified Music Therapists will contact you to schedule a Music Therapy Assessment.

3.  Once the Music Therapy Assessment is completed, your therapist will be ready to regularly schedule music therapy sessions during a time that is convenient for you!
